    Find Command

Find has decided to not be able to find any dashes (ex. A-1, F-18, etc.). Any ideas on why it has decided to do so?

Did the command ever find dashes?

OK, I think I found an answer. Check off the box for the "Use Wildcards" option and see if that works. I tested it by finding A-1 and replacing it with X-7, in AutoCAD 2012, and it worked.

"Use Wildcards" was unchecked, but "Find whole words only" was checked. Unchecking that worked. Apparently dashes aren't characters. O.o Thanks for troubleshooting. :-)
