In my country we speak a different language of that used in AutoCAD help.
So I building a new AutoCAD help with my language, I searched for a program can Create my personal help with my language.
I find (WinCHM) program, but I have some problems when I do that.
1.if you open the AutoCAD help and opened a command list, you will see included information with three heads on top,
In the following link if you visited it you can look for what I am needed. How can I make a page with three heads (Concept- Procedure- Quick Reference ).

2.in attached file you can see (in my help) the contents window of the help was opening from the left, how can I make that window opened from the right.
3.in the top of the help window you can see the title (New Help)I cannot changing it .
Note : if you open the help file you can see the contents just on plus symbol, the other pages is empty because it’s a draft help.
