I find (WinCHM) program, but I have some problems when I do that.

1.if you open the AutoCAD help and opened a command list, you will see included information with three heads on top,
In the following link if you visited it you can look for what I am needed. How can I make a page with three heads (Concept- Procedure- Quick Reference ).
    http://www.kxcad.net/autodesk/autoca.../d0e126474.htm

2.in attached file you can see (in my help) the contents window of the help was opening from the left, how can I make that window opened from the right.

3.in the top of the help window you can see the title (New Help) I cannot changing it .

Note : if you open the help file you can see the contents just on plus symbol, the other pages is empty because it’s a draft help.

The three "heads" are called Tabs.

What programming language are you using?
