A better AutoSketch

I'll tell you what I'd LOVE to see is a Small Striped down version of Autocad, kinda like Autosketch but with out the any bells or whistles! I'd love to see a LEAN CLEAN Autocad user friendly 2D cad package that had the minimum commands like :

Line
Circle
elipse
Offset
Trim
Extend
Erase
and your basic dimensioning commands

I'd also need something like that to be DXF and maybe DWG compatible. I'd also like to see the code be real Self contained and lean so the app could be moved drag and drop on a USB Stick from machine to machine. and not cost more than ~$100-$200. There are a lot of guys out there like me that use Autocad to Draw Paths for CNC Machines, and to simple layout work. Lately I've been opening my self up to the idea of getting a EEEPC to use at the Coffee House to do drawings on, and an app like this would be so kick @$$. I'm convinced teh more "features" you add to something the slower it's going to run and the more Bloated it will become!
