Error 1606 while Installing

While installing Autocad 2008 in Windows 7 32bit, "Getting Error message "Error 1606. Could not access network location Autodesk\Autocad2008\R17.1\enu"

Hmmm...I found 2008 one of the better versions.....
Very few fatal errors, not like some of the previous versions.....
