change one wall, every other walls move to accomodate?

I don't have much cad background but would like to draw a floorplan.

Is it possible to draw a floor plan with parameters (e.g. wall thickness) so that if I change the parameter from say 4 inches to 5 inches, all the walls would automatically move to accommodate the thicker walls?

As a simpler example, if I draw a 10 feet square, then change one side to 15 feet, the opposite side should automatically change to 15 feet as well, making it a 15 x 10 feet rectangle.

Is there a name for this feature and which cad software(s) supports this?

The feature would be dimensional constraints.
