    PayPal is a service that enables you to pay, send money, and accept payments.

    https://www.paypal.com/home

    I was going to send you the money to buy an eBook. No harm in that is there?

    Now that I think of it I'm not so sure how wide spread PayPal is. I'd have to check.

    Read this. It appears that someone like myself (in the U.S.) could send money to someone like yourself (not in the U.S.) using just an email address or a mobile phone number. Then someone like yourself could go online and buy an eBook using the funds that were sent.

    This book by noted author Scott Onstott is available at Google Play for just under $27.00 U.S.

    Or there is George Omura's book "Mastering AutoCAD 2016 & AutoCAD LT 2016" for just under $32 U.S. I've bought a couple of his books (hard bound) in the past and found them to be good.

    Or find a book you like. Your choice.

    The offer still stands. If you want to take me up on it then you must do so within the next 36 hours as I will very limited Internet access for a period of four days if at all.

    I believe you would need to set up a PayPal account.

    This is new even to me. I've sent money overseas before but it it usually as a money transfer from my bank to the recipient's bank. Your situation is a bit more complicated.

    I think that this is a very decent offer Kyle; I applaud you altruism.

    Hossam eldin;
    Kyle is being very generous here, offering to send you the funds to purchase a book to help with your education.
    Surely a bit of effort on your part to be able to accept this offer is not unreasonable?
    Im intelligent enough to know that I dont know everything; but I'll tell you all about it anyway.
