You could try using the RECOVER command.
Or you could try doing a REPAIR of the installation which is not the same as an UNINSTALL/REINSTALL.
You could upgrade the version of AutoCAD that you are using or find a much cheaper AutoCAD-clone and buy/install that instead.
You could try searching for that particular error message over at the AutoDesk website in hopes that it is common enough to have genrated a "solution".
