    Deleting Duplicate Objects LISP (DELDUP)

For those who don't have "Express Tools" > "Overkill" ....

Here's an old routine that still works.

    See attached ZIP file.

Hope this helps someone out there.

But as you mentioned in your other post, if you only have LT version, lisp routines can't be used in LT.

I just tried the OVERKILL command, and it did delete duplicate 3dfaces. Did you try it? Maybe yours had different elevations?

    mistake

hi, i just checked the type of object i was trying to delete duplicate... it was REGIONs, after exploding a UNION surfaces made by 3dFACES. when exploding again they turn into REGIONS and not the original 3dFACES. overkill do not erase region. that was it. many thanks and hurra for this forum.

Well I had to try that also
In my test, for a simple union (made up of a 3dface), the duplicates were deleted.
